Their focus is disability at the nexus of race, gender, and queerness. Lydia has worked with groups as small as two and as large as over one thousand to provide dynamic, provocative, and compelling presentations and workshops that spur thought and build capacity for the hard work of actually making change happen. They have extensive experience providing expert consulting on radical access and inclusion to professionals within higher education, disability services provision, special education, social services, state and local government, independent living, and nonprofit management.
