Dr. Derald Davis has extensive experience as an educational leader and DEI consultant. He works with leaders within organizations to build capacity to create equitable, inclusive and anti-racist work environments. He facilitates workshops on understanding identity and privilege, implicit bias, microaggressions in the workplace, Black history, cultural competence and a range of other topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion. He is also a nationally sought-after speaker and trainer on school-based mentoring programs.
