Newdock is a logistics management and investment platform focused on developing and managing state-of-the-art logistics spaces in Spain and Portugal on behalf of client vehicles advised by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Newdock currently has a portfolio of nine grade A projects in different stages of development in prime logistics areas in Spain. Combined, these developments total approximately 750,000 sqm of leasable space, requiring an investment of €700 million. As of September 2022, Newdock has delivered its two first projects in Getafe, Madrid, and Illescas, Toledo. An additional project in Málaga will be delivered in October 2023. Two more projects in Madrid are under construction and are expected to be delivered in 3Q 2023. In addition, Newdock has an exclusive reserve of another 250,000 sqm for the development of projects in the main Spanish logistics centres, both in the 'turnkey' and 'at risk' modalities.
