The roots of trees connect us to the earth, and their branches in the sky, to the heavens. In their silent magnificence they encourages us that we can live out our wildest dreams! These artworks of individual trees are inspired by the mighty Baobab Tree, the African Tree of Life. I was astounded to find that almost every faith or belief has a Tree of Life written into its storytelling. It has made me wonder if these great silent witnesses are the link that connects us all. This collection ‘Forest of our Minds’ is contributing 40% of its total sales to Feeding Schemes in South Africa working with food relief. This is a particularly challenging time with so many people out of work due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These trees are contributing to life.
