The JAVA Coffee Company has a long history of honest and uncompromising coffee roasting. According to that principle, the Claes family has been roasting the best coffee for over 4 generations, since 1935. Obviously today things are done different than in our first coffee-roasting factory. The passion, for example, is now even bigger, the roasting profiles even more accurate and the craftsmanship endlessly more refined. Since 2016 all coffee is roasted CO2-neutral.
