We intend to change the hiring paradigm where companies would start evaluating candidates for talent and skill based grading rather relying primarily on the brand name and academic scores. We envision a world where even small and mid-size companies can easily assess and hire talent. Candidates from Tier-II and Tier-III cities would have a fair and equal chance to get evaluated by companies. Students would start focusing on knowledge and skill rather just be academic in nature.
