Men of Faith Network
www.menoffaithnetwork.orgAs Men of Faith we lead a variety of lifestyles: differing occupations, family situations, ministries. We are called to serve God through serving others in every setting – no matter our station in life. But in our lives filled with giving to others, we often forget our own needs. This is what the Men of Faith Network is offering: support, guidance, encouragement, fellowship, accountability. During weekly phone calls with others in our local chapter, we spend time together in prayer, asking the Lord to use us in our homes, workplaces, and ministries. We seek His guidance in our daily lives and His support in our struggles. In this way we are not alone in the trials and temptations we are facing. We participate in, and encourage local monthly gatherings. We began our first local chapter gatherings in East Hazel Crest Illinois. This is where we spend regular time together in prayer and Bible study. During these gatherings we grow in our relationships with each other, and in the knowledge, love and understanding of our Heavenly Father. Guest speakers come to teach, inspire and encourage us. We seek to support ministries in addition to our own churches: to be part of the work God is doing globally. Knowing that God's kingdom is growing beyond what we are doing in our churches and wanting to be part of that, we have elected to support The Voice of the Martyrs and Serving in Missions.
