The Debt Recovery Bureau LLP (DRB) recover both commercial and consumer debts within the UK for a wide range of UK and European businesses. Based in the town of Tamworth in Staffordshire, DRB began trading in July 2003, initially working exclusively for members of the National Association of Funeral Directors, collecting debts for their membership. The company has grown since this time and now acts for clients in many other sectors, including insurance, property rentals/leases, private schools, loans and accountancy. The day to day running of the business is overseen by Dave Cooke (Head of Operations) and Neil Bowler (Head of Finance). Dave and Neil each have in excess of 25 years each working within the finance industry including debt recovery in the Secured Finance, Unsecured Finance, and Hire Purchase and Leasing markets. DRB are fully licensed by the Office of Fair Trading to undertake debt recovery work in the UK in addition to being full members of the Credit Services Association. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner to process information provided by you about your customers and comply fully with the Data Protection Act in all dealings with our clients and their customers.
