As a land broker, Three Rivers assists both buyers and sellers in acquiring and selling Arizona farmland, agricultural properties and land investments in the path of development. As a loan correspondent for several life insurance companies, Three Rivers originates farm, ranch and dairy mortgage loans in Central and Southern Arizona. Over time Three Rivers has developed an extensive database of farmland ownership and real estate market activity in the desert basins of the Gila, Salt and Colorado Rivers. This information, along with a deep understanding of factors which affect land value, has allowed for an effective and successful land brokerage business. Three Rivers has closed over 50,000 acres of Arizona farmland real estate transactions since 1992.
