Oversee day to day operations and decision making. Inventory/lead time management, supplier/vendor selection for various aspects of the business, call center management, customer care oversight, creation and execution of marketing plans, oversight of content creation for marketing, financial analysis of a multitude of sales and web data. Board member duties include presentations to other board members, financial data analysis summation and presentation.
