Allistair Trent has been representing landlords, real estate agents and brokerages since 1990 in all forms of litigation relating to residential tenancies and real estate related disputes. He has acted in a number of precedent setting cases featured in law reports and media including several high profile class actions involving apartment buildings. He has also spoken at the Law Society of Ontario as well as having taught an accredited course in Residential Tenancies Law for Realtors. Allistair is also himself a licensed Realtor with Re/Max Condos Plus Corp., Brokerage in Toronto.
