TCM was started by Robert Tannor, a former practice sector leader of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC. While at E&Y, Robert worked directly on engagements restructuring over eight billion dollars of debt over a five year period. TCM is a market leader in buying bankruptcy claims.
