Bafut Ecovillage's goal is to inspire, empower, develop, and build a great social enterprise start-up that will solve most of the pertinent problems youth face in Africa. Its mission is to fast-track systems change from an African perspective and built a green job platform through upscaling and expanding the work Ndanifor Permaculture Ecovillage NPE is already doing in solving one of Africa’s most pertinent problems–access to capacity building and. NPE brings out the problems around youth and future generations. Since its inception in 2012, it has trained hundreds of youth in green entrepreneurship who are making an impact in their communities developing ecological agriculture and planting trees. Bafut Ecovillage sets out to promote transformational social entrepreneurship in towns and villages through capacity building on appropriate technologies. Bafut Ecovillage focuses on bringing international awareness to the plight of refugees of the Ambazonian genocide in order to give children and women a chance to grow into their full potential through rekindled hope.
