Codependent Sunflower is a podcast for codependent women to practice recovery in a safe & healthy way. Our podcast is launching in August 2020! We will have daily (Mon-Sat) "live casts" on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Every episode will be uploaded as a podcast. There will be three series: Series 1: Co-dependents Anonymous aka CoDA We will discuss the 12 steps and provide additional tools to practice recovery. We will offer weekly online CoDA meetings for our listeners to attend. Our 1st season will focus on Melody Beattie's book, Codependent No More-How to Stop Controllng Others and Start Caring for Yourself. Series 2: Self-Compassion and Self-Care Each episode will discuss self-compassion and self-care plus offer tools and guidance on how to practice each. We will review and discuss books on the two topics and invite guest speakers who can provide experienced guidance on the issues being discussed. We will have a variety Live Casts including: *Affirmation Monday’s *Journaling for Healing *Meditation Matters *Health & Fitness *DIY (beauty & skincare plus crafts) Our subscription box will launch in October 2021 and will support our listeners in their recovery journey. The box will offer: *Books, ebooks, and other literature on codependence *Self-care products (skincare, makeup, women’s health products) *Affirmation cards, blank journals, wrist bands, and other supporting merchandise. *Journals *Codependent Sunflower merchandise (T-Shirts, sunglasses, stickers, and more!) Series 3: Q&A Series [Ask Jenny] The Q&A series gives Codependent Sunflower an opportunity to truly listen and learn from our Sunflowers (that’s what we call our listeners, our Sunflowers). Each episode will be a compilation of our live recordings from our weekly social media live casts for this series. We will work on each topic under series 1 and 2 in our in our live Q&A and give our listeners an opportunity to ask questions and provide us feedback for future episodes.
