Taking a family recipe - a lighter, creamier interpretation of the famous Middle Eastern dessert Knafeh, adding a tag line that is a legacy of our ancestors & their roots in Jerusalem, and a yearning to create a whole new dimension for street food & hospitality in general, a new dimension in after dinner dining has been born. A repurposed 20 foot shipping container has been converted into a commercial bakery, complete with oven and the team from The Bearded Bakers.
