Innovative-RFK (i-RFK) is an Investment Holding founded in 2017 and listed on Euronext Access Paris. i-RFK invests in innovative start-ups and SMEs in the Growth Capital stage, with the aim of increasing their value through internationalization, market expansion, M&A and possibly IPO on a public market. Due to the experience of its committed team, Innovative-RFK’s investment approach is to provide participated SMEs with a qualified, reliable and professional support in defining and realizing their development strategies. Innovative-RFK was born in order to make the best use of the new opportunity introduced by the 2017 Budget Law with the introduction of 30% tax incentives for investments in innovative SMEs (both by individuals and legal entities).
