Personality Enhancement Cell (PEC) is a student driven committee with the aim of preparing and grooming the batch for placement related activities. The committee achieves so by organizing various activities and events throughout the year which help students put their best foot forward as they cross the threshold into the corporate world. Group Discussions are organized on a weekly basis for students so that they can prepare themselves and get aware of recent topics where each participant is evaluated individually by the moderator. Mock Interviews are conducted for students, where industry experts help them to gain confidence and prepare them for frequently asked questions asked in an interview. Industry Connect is the event that focuses on informing and discussing with the students exactly what is going around in the industry, what are the expected profiles, and the SIP experience.
