The Kaiser Institute was cofounded by Leland R. Kaiser, Kevin Kaiser, and Leanne Kaiser Carlson. They are a family of futurists working with leaders, organizations, and communities to create a preferred future. You can engage in two ways. The Alembic Each year approximately 20 people explore the 13 elements of alchemical transformation on a nine-month journey that includes meeting three times in person.
