Acoesis is an innovative startup, born as spin-off of the Italian Institute of Technology to design, build and sell technological solutions for sensory augmentation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life. Our first product is Glassense, the first pair of glasses that focus on voice. The technology enables to better understand speech in noisy environments, by just looking at the person we are talking to. Our goal is to improve oral communication in noisy and crowded places, therefore increasing the quality of social relationships. The startup has won the Ligurian Smart-Cup and the Silver Economy Grant 2019 of the City of Genoa.
