Jack Kinsman, P.E., SCWI Mr. Kinsman has over 30 years experience in engineering and construction materials testing services. In the course of his career, Mr. Kinsman has been involved in virtually all aspects construction material testing. In recent years, he has specialized in the fabrication and erection of steel structures such as buildings and bridges, as governed by American Welding Society and American Institute for Steel Construction standards.
