With body work following the Grinberg Method I propose you to learn fully with your qualities and your dreams by getting to know your body better. Through touching, respiration and verbal instructions you will be able to: * enhance body perception, * recognize and overcome repetitive behaviour that limits you, * increase your energy level and your concentration capacities. My goal is to teach you to feel well into your body and your life starting from who you are.
