International Institute for Innovation Society Welcome to IIIS This is the official website of the IIIS – Kansainvälinen Innovaatioyhteiskunta Instituutti ry. The history of the International Institute for Innovation Society can be traced back to the year 2010 when it was founded as International Institute for Information Society, an independent world member-based association of academics and researchers. In 2017, the current name was in use. Its Finnish name, Kansainvälinen Innovaatioyhteiskunta Instituutti ry was formally registered. It means International Institute for Innovation Society (IIIS) in English. It is a multidisciplinary academic association devoted to promote transnational mobility of intellectuals all over the world. IIIS’s mission is to act as a hub where academics and researchers from all over the world can connect and exchange ideas on their research, and discuss the future developments in their disciplines. In order to fulfill the tasks, the association makes efforts to integrate intellectual resources to form sufficient academic resources. Registration number: 220.622 Chartered in Helsinki, Finland One of the most important tasks of the Association is to publish high-level scientific research through the Nordic Academe Press – a group of affiliating and cooperating publishers in Finland (Informyth), Norway (Bergens Stjerne), Sweden (Academe Press) and Canada (Toronto Academe Press). We are also interested in publishing scholars’ biographies, literary works (poems, prose, short stories, novellas, and novels).
