A boutique consulting agency founded by Dr. Carey Yazeed, we help companies and organizations to understand their employees through data collection and analysis. Our staff consists of five minority women researchers and consultants who specialize in training, leadership, organizational psychology, and data collection. We also offer corporate training in the areas of accountability, team building and motivation, and workplace communication.
