Our owner received his Real Estate license and purchased his first rental property in 2002. Prior to then, he helped his family manage many of their rental properties. In 2004, he received my Broker’s license and began managing properties for clients. In previous years, he had been doing both Real Estate and Property Management under the name of First Choice Homes. Over the past few years, the property management part of our company has grown considerably to where we have established its own entity as Select Homes Property Management. Our owner has 7 years of REO Management experience with an expertise in lending and property management. He actively attends meetings for REOMAC & AREAA. He is a member of the Citrus Valley Board of Realtors as well as Rim O’ the World Board of Realtors. He is also an Affiliate member for the Inland Gateway Association of Realtors. The owner is Res.Net Certified with 5 Star Institute and is proficient in the following Asset Management software: AMP and LPS. He currently has 6 agents on staff, only one of which has less than 3 years experience. They also have experience as asset managers and eviction specialists. Our office staff also has background in investigation and computer technology.
