Conflict Resolution Center–St. Louis empowers people to resolve conflict through accessible mediation, coaching, and education. Professional volunteer mediators assist disputants by remaining neutral and facilitating civil dialogue between the parties. We provide services for several areas of conflict that include, but are not limited to: -Neighborhood -School/Education -Roommate -Businesses -Employment -Landlord/tenant -Family Disputes -Community/Police Mediation -Cultural/Lifestyle Differences Since mediation is voluntary, parties attend with the desire to reduce stress and find peaceful resolutions to conflict without relying on costly decisions from lawyers and courts, employers, and others. Our services are offered at no cost to the parties. Mediation offers parties the opportunity to have their perspectives heard and understood. When participants create their own solutions, they are highly satisfied with the process and outcomes. We also provide mediation training workshops that can benefit students, employees, managers, and more.
