UART is a non-profit organization, created to help art cross borders. In doing so we hope to strengthen the cultural exchange between countries and promote international communication through the language of images, sounds, and forms. The events we organize (such as art exhibitions, installations, conferences, etc) are a proactive way to interaction in the global community with the talents of its contemporary artists and rich traditional past.
