AXIS Architectural Groupwas started in January 2017, in Englewood, New Jersey, by Steven Lazarus, A.I.A. Piero Gabucci A.I.A and Ken Schier RA. We bring over 35 years of Architectural and Interior Design Services. Mr. Lazarus and Ms. Sloan bring over 30 years of combined experience to the firm. In addition to the principles, the staff of six includes registered architects, AutoCAD draftsmen and designers. This depth of expertise has earned Axis a reputation for provocative design style coupled with the highest standards of construction and architectural engineering. Projects range from corporate expansions, award winning restaurants, medical offices, industrial warehouse projects, sports facilities, residential design, boutique stores, and private education facilities. The Axis team services many large real estate companies, including two different REITS and several large corporate end users. The firm has successfully completed over ten million square feet of commercial office space and are currently the architects of record for many office buildings in the New Jersey and New York area.
