Tavan Gas Mfg. factory has started its activities in the year 1969 in the east of Tehran by commissioning production line of parts with pressing method. In the year 1977 the first centralized workshop for the production of heater parts was established and started its activities in manufacturing and assembling table gas cookers. In the year 1978, Tavan Gas company has expanded its production workshops. In the year 1983 the production line of gas burning heater parts was also commissioned in the new workshop. Whatever in the history of this company we are observing continuously is need of expansion and development in production and progress in optimization and completion of produced sample and correction and completion of production process in such a manner that after the allocation and commissioning of line in each stage after 3 to 5 years another workshop was commissioned with more complete production line. Finally during the years 1984 to 1986 a plot of land was purchased at KM 5 Khavaran Road for the establishment of new factory considering necessary estimates for the procurement and installation of machinery and production line. Installation of new systems of spraying and baking color and enamel, purchase of new machinery for decreasing production time period, designing and making new moulds for decreasing production process are actions taken by this new factory.
