The Dare to Live Trust is a cutting edge education and life skills programme that aims to improve the wellbeing and ease the challenges many servicemen and women experience as they transition into civilian life. We support serving and ex-service personnel in finding a new direction and gain emotional stability, as well as valuable insights as how best to integrate effectively back into all aspects of civilian life – from family life to the workplace. As a complementary adjunct to rehabilitation and recovery, the programme also provides a safe and secure environment to support the clinical needs of participants with PTSD, depression or anxiety as a consequence of combat-related trauma.
