It was founded Emmet Coriat, after 30 years of facilitating meetings and fostering innovation either as a multinational executive, a venture capitalist, a start-up CEO or a partner in an advisory firm. After experiencing multiple "hacks" to unlock team innovation, he concluded psychological safety is the #1 key to team performance and talent retention. Recent research by Google, Microsoft and Harvard Business School has further confirmed the paramount role of psychological safety in organizations. Our programs are inspired by HBS professor Amy Edmondson's 2020 book "The Fearless Organization".
