The Village of Itasca is a general law Village, which operates under a council/manager system of government. The Village of Itasca, incorporated in 1890, has an estimated population of 8,649 and has a land area of 5.1 square miles. It is located in the northeastern part of DuPage County, Illinois, and is bordered by the municipalities of Elk Grove Village, Medinah, Roselle, and Addison.
