Bureau Lara v.o.f. was already involved in the development of over 30 courses in the broad field of management sciences, on bachelor level, post-bachelor level, master level, and on Master of Business Administration level. Most courses are developed for distance learning, while some are also developed for ‘blended learning’. Bureau Lara v.o.f. has a lot of experience with the development of different forms of distance learning: course material only consisting of ‘paper courses’, course material only presented in an e-learning environment, and a ‘mixture’ between the two (a ‘course guide’on the internet, together with a ‘paper’reader with course content). Bureau Lara v.o.f. also has experience with coaching students with their homework, with doing practice, and coaching them to write their bachelor, master, or MBA thesis. As an outcome of ‘life long’ study and relations in the field, Bureau Lara v.o.f. has written ten books (for Lemma, Kluwer, SDU and Nelissen) in the field of Human Resource Management, under which five books about Human Resource Controlling. Bureau Lara v.o.f. also wrote more than eighty articles (published in ‘Checklisten Personeelsmanagement’, ‘Methoden en Technieken voor Personeelsmanagement”, ‘HRM in de praktijk’, ‘Gids voor Personeelsmanagement’ etceteras).
