MCFAPA exists to improve the quality of life for foster, adoptive, & kinship families here in Madison County Alabama. We do this through advocacy, support, communication, and training opportunities. We want families to know that we are here for them. Our Mission is to empower, support, and advocate for foster, adoptive, and relative families who enrich the quality-of-life for Madison County children.
