"P.M.A. Obviously!" was envisioned in June 2016 following a suicide plan and multiple attempts between November 2015 and March 2016. Alex was finally diagnosed with bipolar disorder in October 2016 and made a commitment and promise to himself and loved ones to never go down that route again. Since then, he has had a turbulent 5 years but is now in a position to help and support the masses, as well as himself. He shares raw insights of his lived experience, educates audiences across the UK on various areas of wellbeing, mindset, resilience and technology, as well as providing practical tips on how to help yourself and loved ones... The ultimate aim is suicide prevention. It all starts with a Positive. Mental. Attitude... OBVIOUSLY!!
