Scott Construction Ltd has operated as a successful building contractor in the top of the South Island of New Zealand since 1970. Combining our practical and professional local knowledge with our complex array of resources, to manage the construction process from design infancy to the final completion and handover. On the 1st of April 2014 we established Scott Construction Marlborough and now employ a number of the key members previously employed by the Construction Division of TH Barnes & Co Ltd which had previously been established in Marlborough in 1946.
