La Costita
www.lacostita.comLa Costa was conceived and developed by Jaime Soltero Sanchez and wife, Francisca Garzon in 1992. Talavera tiling and terracotta pots with long stemmed plants draped multiple archways in the traditional Mexican restaurant. Mouthwatering aromas of arroz con pollo, fajitas and burritos filled the conventional cocina. In 2003, the La Costa location underwent extensive remodeling and development. It was transformed into Barbur Shops. With a desire to maintain a restaurant on its original location, Jaime and Francisca passed the reins to the next generation of family entrepreneurs. Their eldest son, Jaime Soltero Jr. led in the design and development of La Costita, Nueva Cocina Mexicana. Upon entering, one is greeted by a majestic yet serene waterfall, and simple yet modern décor that allows the food to shine! La Costita, Nueva Cocina Mexicana strives to integrate pre-hispanic ingredients and cooking techniques with contemporary trends in modern Mexican cuisine. Dramatic presentation, multifaceted flavor and inspiring dishes of original and new fusion Mexican cuisine keep customers satisfied and anxious to return!
