Our team has a wide range of ecological and genetic expertise which we use to help support the ecology and environmental management sector. We specialise in using DNA technologies to identify species from a range of samples collected during ecological surveys. Using optimised protocols we can extract DNA from a variety of animal samples such as faeces, tissue and hair, and use molecular techniques such as quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) and DNA sequencing to accurately identify species. We also work closely with our clients to develop bespoke analyses for specific project requirements that don't match our standard services.
