Jonathan Splitt Architects Ltd. is a 10 person firm that services residential and commercial clients in a multi state area. The Firm's focus is to combine the collective design experience of client and architect and to focus on each project as a microcosm. The goal of the resulting architecture is to engage the context, public realm, and exterior space as successfully as the interior space. JSA has extensive experience with City of Chicago zoning issues, as well as assisting the Mayor's Office of People with Disabilities with design and code issues. JSA has worked with the Department of House, Lakefront Protection Services, and the Department of Planning. JSA is registered with the City of Chicago to do self-certified projects and is a LEED AP firm.
