Dear visitors, we have developed a novel, worldwide patented process for curing inorganically bonded sand cores. We are able to homogeneously heat the cores up to 30 % faster shell-free with up to 30 % less energy consumption, regardless of their geometry. In addition, we are able to digitally record the heating and curing process for the first time in real time, so that we can tell at any time what state the core is in and whether it is ok or not.
