Problem: We live in a perfectly-complex and racist system. This system uses skin color to construct the social hierarchy in which we live. This hierarchy gives power to those who created it by legitimizing, maintaining, and reinforcing inequity. Today this hierarchy is present in our policy decisions, ideas, and beliefs about others and ourselves. Solution: An antiracist process of (Un)Learning. Only through a continuous process of choosing to (un)learn can we find liberation. Only through (un)learning can we reimagine a truly equitable system.
