Strategies to Empower People is an agency that supports Intellectually and/or Developmentally Disabled adults in the greater Sacramento area, North Bay area, and Yuba/Sutter/Placer counties. Strategies to Empower People provides supported living services, behavioral supports, independent living services, tailored day services, and many other types of supports for the people who choose us for their needs. We work towards making sure everyone has a place in their own communities, and have a long history supporting and employing Sacramento's deaf and hard-of-hearing communities.
