Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS) is a federal institution designed for technological an professional education. Several campus compound the institute: Bento Gonçalves Campus, Canoas Campus, Caxias do Sul Campus, Farroupilha Campus, Feliz Campus, Erechim Campus, Ibirubá Campus, Porto Alegre Campus, Osório Campus, Restinga Campus, Rio Grande Campus and Sertão Campus. The Campus acts in all level and modalities of professional education, toward the total development of the citizen as a worker, based on the principles of the Development Plan of Education (PDE).
