Incorporated in 2007, the Company has vessels being chartered to various companies in Indonesia for loading and discharging various products including coal, iron ore, copper and nickel. With an intimate knowledge of the mining industry within the Indonesia Archipelago, coupled with our deep involvement in offshore shipping business with various Indonesian counterparts, the Company has firm plans to further expand our fleet and geographical reach within the next few years. We have an experienced management team comprising personnel with over 50 years of combined shipping experience, ranging from chartering, sales and purchase, commercial management, investments, financial structuring, agency liaison. With associates in Jakarta, Batam, Sulawesi, Maluku and Singapore, the Company will primarily focus on businesses within Singapore, Indonesian and Malaysian waters given the Company personnel's vast experience and business contacts in the region.
