Komete is a young technology company funded by Bocconi University and the European Institute of Innovation & Technology. Our IoT (Industry 4.0) asset tracking solution allows you to obtain a digital twin of a production plant and enable lean production practices. Small sensors with a diameter of about 3 cm are associated with orders, batches of semi-finished products and other assets to be monitored and collect data on their movements and their location in real time in the factory. The areas of intervention of our solution are as follows: - collection of processing times by replacing or adding to the operator reports or the barcode - logistics: we can locate an order or a lot (or other valuables) anywhere in the factory at any time - flow analysis: with the data collected it is also possible to know all the intermediate stops of the semi-finished product and the activity of the worker in the work islands. Our solution can work independently or be integrated with the ERP or company MES.
