UNMUTE is a non-profit organization that aims to bridge intergenerational relationships through the power of music and youth volunteerism. Since August 2019, over 1,900 service hours have been vetted by 700+ K-12 student volunteers hailing from 20 states and 4 foreign countries. UNMUTE has launched a total of 14 in-person and 37 virtual concerts, reaching over 300 isolated senior residents in local 7 assisted living facilities.
