Yogalife is an Ekali based Yoga and Pilates Studio. Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pilates mats classes are offered. Yoga Therapy is also offered as a Private lesson. The focus of the teachings is to train the student to align his/her body according to the Universal Principles of Alignment used in Anusara Yoga, this is done in order to help the body heal naturally if it is in pain or in order to prevent future injuries and conditions caused by repetitive stress in a joint.
