AMADAS Industries
www.amadas.comAMADAS Industries is a world-class manufacturer of premium agricultural and industrial equipment for specialized markets. We provide innovative equipment solutions and support for agricultural customers in key peanut and cotton growing areas of the world through our extensive dealer network. The name AMADAS is actually an acronym, composed from three key phrases that are tenets of our company: American Made, Advanced Design, Absolute Service. Our history date back to early 1963, when a successful partnership was formed between Oliver K. Hobbs and J. Carlie Adams, the beginning of Hobbs-Adams Engineering. The enterprise combined engineering, manufacturing, and marketing expertise to produce a new generation of peanut harvesting and processing machinery. During the decades that followed, Hobbs-Adams evolved to become AMADAS Industries, and new products were added to meet the needs of the modern marketplace. Today AMADAS Industries produces equipment in Suffolk, VA, Albany, GA. and Cordoba, Argentina. AMADAS Industries' current product lines include pull-type and self-propelled peanut combines, peanut diggers, crop transporters, Reel Rain® irrigators, cotton stalk puller/choppers, mowers, round cotton module handlers and a line of industrial equipment for both the horticultural and recycling industries. Through a 25+ year partnership with John Deere, AMADAS developed and builds the world’s largest and highest capacity self-propelled peanut combines. Equipment manufactured by AMADAS is at work throughout the United States and in over fifty countries around the globe. We continue to develop innovative products, manufacture those products to the highest quality standards, and support our products with matchless product support.
