History We launched PLACE Recruitment in 2011, which replaced the name IDPE Consulting Group. IDPE was established in 1973 as New Zealand’s first specialist IT Recruitment Company. In its 38 years of operation, IDPE has had a varied and interesting history with a number of changes in ownership and strategy.
