Our vision: Multiplying Leaders. Moving Society – Said in a longer way: Multiplying Authentic Leaders so that we can move away from the current global leadership crises. Our mission is to support two main objectives: 1. Support and build authentic leaders and leadership. 2. To help cultivate authentic self-awareness and accountability in individuals at all levels of society. The vast potential for good in humankind is irrevocably tied up with individuals becoming aware of and embracing their true self and embracing accountability for their own actions and performance. The big question: How much money and resources are being channelled into efforts that are not achieving the above imperatives? The core elements of the Vision and Mission has taken shape in four major Directions with their own visions: The Global Leadership Platform (GLP) Vision: To mobilise leaders across the world on ONE platform, while aiming to lift the standard and confidence of leadership – individually, organizationally and globally. We want minimum 500 000 leaders from a thousand large organisations on GLP within five years. And we want GLP to become a global social media platform focused on All things Leadership. The Me Model Vision: The Me Model Vision is an on-going project to develop a rich variety of materials to support our quest for self-understanding and embracement of the true self; that part of us that enables us to move situations in a positive direction. Embracing our true self is the foundation of authentic confidence, accountability and seamless action. Supporting Leadership and Life Skills development: Activating our Formidable Leadership Training/Consulting Delivery Capability in partnership with Global Contributors of GLP and Social Influencer Partners. Elevating Leadership “Experts” to Social Influencer status: Help them become Social Influencers in order to help us counter the Global Leadership Crises.
