First Report Claims Services is a Third-party Administrator whose primary focus is customer satisfaction of not only the insurance carriers, but also of the insured and their retail agent. We have embraced today's advancements in claims adjusting technology in order to enhance the experience of all parties to an insurance claim with timely and accurate claims handling. We also speak Spanish in order to better serve our Hispanic/ Latino clientele.
